Denture

I'm worried the metal clasps will be visible. Are there options?

If you need a partial denture with clasps in visible areas, an I-bar can be used instead of the standard C-clasp to reduce visibility, though it is not completely invisible and future repair can be tricky.
You can also place additional implants to change the clasp position or use locator attachments (snap buttons) for retention.
Flexible material can be used to make dentures without metal clasps, but this is less stable than metal-containing options and harder to repair.
Complete dentures used when no teeth remain do not have visible clasps to worry about.
