How should we eat after tongue-tie surgery?

For a few days after surgery, stick to foods that do not irritate the wound. 1) Recommended - soft foods that are cold or lukewarm, such as porridge, yogurt, and ice cream, as the cold also helps ease pain. 2) To avoid - hot soup, spicy or salty food, sour fruit and juice, and hard or coarse food. 3) After eating, rinse gently with water or the prescribed mouthwash to keep the area clean. Most people can return to a normal diet within 3 to 7 days; if pain instead gets worse, please come in.
