I keep biting the inside of my cheek when eating. Why?
There is often a specific reason you keep biting your cheek: 1) a wisdom tooth growing toward the cheek and catching the mucosa, 2) a new crown or filling whose height or shape does not fit, or 3) fatigue or weight gain making the inside of the cheek puffy so it slips onto the chewing surface. Biting the same spot repeatedly can turn the wound into an ulcer, so if it continues for more than 2 weeks, come in and let us find the cause.
