Using a toothpaste for sensitive teeth and briefly avoiding very cold or hot foods helps you adjust faster. However, if the sensitivity is still severe after 2 weeks, or if it is pinpointed to one specific tooth, there may be another cause such as a cavity or cervical abrasion, so please come in for an examination.
